Browsing through web hosts for a while now, it was refreshing to see HostDime. Practically all other web hosts: one $4.95/month advertisement on the front page only to see it available with the 2 year plan. The price for 1 month? $14.95 plus a $40 setup fee.

I come to HostDime and see that they actually have different hosting plans. I was interested in purchasing Shared Website Hosting and click to do so. There are 5 plans ranging from Deluxe at $9.00/month to Max at $25.00/month. I was surprised to see such high prices and figured that the Deluxe $9.00 plan would jump to at least $30 when purchasing on a monthly basis. To my amazement, the plan actually costs $9.00/month! No setup fees or ridiculously high fees.

Their payment system is also a little different than other hosts. You start by paying for the rest of the remaining month. Attempting this on the 9th of the month, the $9.00 plan for me was $6.68. Paypal is accepted is a method of payment.
